Told them I would only buy the suit if it could be tailored by a certain date and time. They gave me their word they could do it. They did not even apologize. Told me they dont give time frames. Unbelievable. If you are looking for an honest business go somewhere else.

Quails is the cream of the crop for all of your men’s formal and business wear. Moses and his staff work fast to get you in the suit you need that highlights you. In all of my trips to Quails, I have always been welcomed as a regular and given the best deal. They don’t let you just buy whatever you want. It is like having a personal stylist and with the tailoring to your body type, you will be the cleanest man at weddings, work or any event that you attend. I highly recommend purchasing your suits and/or tuxedoes from Quails, the quality is unmatched and the service is what separates them from all the others.

Have been going to Quails for years, and the service at the Philadelphia Mills Mall is the best. Moses was very helpful and very knowledgeable of what I needed for the event I was attending and suggested the perfect suit for me. The suit was tailored perfectly and fit very well. Will definitely continue to go back to that location.

We had a wedding planned and when I got there my suit was not ready then one of the guy associates there became very rude and insubordinate and when I asked him if he could hymn the pants for me he proceeded to use his phone very bad customer service I refuse to shop there again and would never recommend anyone to go there anymore

Couldn't be happier with my experience at quails today and how amazing Moses was! Moses went above and beyond on a busy day to get me set up and fitted for 3 different suits. I started off with 3 suits that were 2 sizes up and he was able to direct me into finding everything in the right size for me. 10/10 would recommend for an overall amazing experience
