So far so good. They communicated with me and my insurance company without issue. They have 24 hr surveillance cameras to monitor car and the technicians (very friendly and knowledgeable), and they are COVID conscious. Thus far this woman-owned business gets 5 stars from me.

I messed up my front bumper and went to Hollywood Collision for repairs. Vanessa was very transparent, easy to get in touch with. Repair time took less than a week, on time. My front bumper looks brand new! Thank you Hollywood Collision for your service & washing my car.

This is a VERY long read so be warned now. Almost 6 months ago(end of January), my GT-R was brought in for insurance work to fix front end damage and repair a bent wheel. What was supposed to be a 60 day repair(by Vanessa's admission) has become a 6 month NIGHTMARE. Progressive initially paid them over $20,000 to get the work done. The check was made out to them within the first 2 weeks of my car arriving there. My car did NOT move from its initial spot for over 3 months. No panels were removed, no prep work started, NOTHING at all. Each time I called or sent Vanessa(the owner) a text, she was adamant that "she'd be right on it" and that "parts were coming." Days became weeks, weeks became months. The the pandemic happened. This was all the excuse she needed to say that suppliers were backed up terribly and it was because these parts were specialty so they're hard to get. Mind you I own a performance shop. I was in contact with these suppliers. They had plenty of stock with the exception of carbon fiber sideskirts. These actually went out of stock because Vanessa did not place the order when she received the check. Want to know how I know? Because I called the suppliers to verify she was doing what she was supposed to. She definitely was not. I ended up having to find a different supplier on my own and having her place the order for sideskirts that do NOT match what was originally on the car. But how did I get her to begin work on my car, 3 months into the repair? Funny you should ask. I initially agreed to having them do a FULL respray of the car(out of my own pocket), not just the bumper. But once I realized she was NOT working on my car or ordering parts, I said forget it and just get it back to the way it was. It wasn't until I agreed to the full respray that she had her employees begin prep work on the car. WORST idea I've ever made. They don't have a paint booth, so the paint has contaminants trapped in it. You can clearly see the dirt specks in the paint. You can run your finger over then and feel as well. That's not even the worst part. The clear coat has burn in from where they didn't buff properly. Essentially the car will need an entire respray to make it whole. Fast forward to last week where I show up unannounced to get the final invoice, the invoice she said she'd get to me for the last 6 months. Good news finally. Or so it seemed. I will give credit where it's due, the invoice for the extra parts and paint were less than i expected, but not as low as they should be for a terrible paint job. Still, it was a decent break. She went over the car with me and let me know that my driver side door switch was now BROKEN! But not to worry, she had placed an order and would have the guys working on fixing the paint and odds and ends to have the car back to me on Friday, July 17th. Fast forward to today, July 14th. I show up unannounced to see if any progress has been made. Low and behold, as usual, my car is sitting with nothing being done. I ask Vanessa what's the deal as she assured me that my car would be getting worked on and ready to go. She again gives some lame excuse blaming everything else under the sun besides her inaction. At this point I say I want the car back and I'll finish it elsewhere. Of course she brings up the balance which. Fine. Whatever. I'll pay it, just not for the crappy work. She wants the full thing, even though the car is still in pieces and not all the insurance work is done. So I see this isn't going to end the well. I end up having to call the police(big thanks to the 15th district) in order to get this rectified. The POLICE just to get MY car back in pretty rough shape. Needless to say, I did not leave with the car as I'm not paying that invoice for a half finished car. Instead, we will be heading to court, the AG will be notified, and the majority of Philadelphia will be seeing the events unfol

I was driving in the city snd hit an awful pothole. Went to the mercedez benz dealer to have my wheels re-aligned and they told me the encounter with the pothole caused damage to my suspension along with other parts underneath the vehicle. I ALWAYS take my car to Vanessa as her service and qualoty of work is unmatched. She immediately had my car towed from the cherry hill MB dealership to her shop, got me in a rental in a matter of minutes and had my car fixed well ahead of estimated time given to me by my insurance apraiser. When i picked up my car it was clean and it even had a thank you card in the front seat which was a nice touch. Vanessa and her staff always do the impossible to accomodate my schedule, go above and beyond to make me feel like an appreciated customer, are professional and i absolutely love the fact that it is a woman owned body shop. Thank you on a job well done Hollywood collision!!!

This year was my second time using them and that is because they did such great work the previous year. Vanessa provided superior customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. She was a breathe of fresh air when it came to coordinating the repair with my insurance company and getting my car completed in a timely manner! My car looks brand new! Highly recommended!

I wouldn't even want to give this place one star but unfortunately I have to. On Labor Day of this year My brand new 2018 corvette was shot multiple times my friend referred me to this facility and I decided to give them a shot. That was possibly the worst decision I have ever made. My insurance paid out over $10,000 to replace and freshly paint my vehicle. The car was just delivered to me two weeks ago and instead of replacing my parts they were repaired and they did the WORST job the body work is literally leaking through the paint. Then my brand new car with little to no mileage left me stranded during rush hour. My left suspension and tires had bullets I had to pry out myself! After I spoke to Vanessa the owner her attitude was disgusting. She basically said screw you I told her I am not satisfied and she told me she's not fixing my car leave her alone. Never knew a business woman could even conduct herself this way! you should be ashamed of yourself and your work.

So I found this shop from a friend who was like it's all female shop and they do good work. So I took the car there in February due to my car being shot up and my window being shattered taking the bullets out. So I found out they don't do free estimates if YOUR INSURANCE is paying for the damage . Any way they fixed it in 2 weeks when it should have probably took 4 . I commend them for that. I got my car back I could feel it still needed some work like the breaks felt off, I'm no car expert but probably needed a wheel alignment. But I wasn't gonna be pissed for that cause I felt that before I brought the car there. Well I got the car back ,and the window that was smashed, had a electrical problem . When I winded it up it would automatically roll down by itself. That and my back bumper lights came on in my car and I noticed that the back bumper they fixed they didn't nail/screw it back correctly or something ( which I will post pics) and I called about that talked to Vanessa and she told me to bring it in to get looked at. I ended up getting into a accident which caused my front bumper to be caved in on the right side . So I thought I would take it there since they had to fix the previous malfunctions that was their fault. I have a 09 Lexus 350. I told them my ac wasn't working please fix that too , anyway my car took a month in their shop to fix a front bumper , I gave them a 500 check from my insurance and I heard they got 1800 from my insurance as well on top of that . My ac is still not fixed , my window still doesn't roll up on its own and they still didn't fix that mistake with the back bumper that was sticking out. Like it's 100 degrees outside you had my car for a whole month had to pay this rental and still pay my insurance , car note and my ac is still not fixed ? I was just done like what the hell was it doing in there for the whole month? Then they gonna tell me take it back to the dealership so they can reset the ac or something . I'm a woman I went to a all woman shop and y'all kept my car for a whole month and still didn't fix everything . I just don't wanna waste no more time going there any more . Then they told me that the insurance only covers for REPAIRS but they said they went a brought a brand new bumper . And I'm not picky I feel like they just took advantage of my naive a*** But thanks ladies for a job NOT well done.
