Horrible place!!!The girl who makes the appointments is wonderful, but the so called licensed therapists, Georgia in particular, are a joke. She was so rude and arrogant, and a liar, she sat there doing nothing and was talking about patients who had left the building and speaking about their personal life with staff and the other people in the room were hearing patients personal business from this Georgia. I think they should fire her.Worst place DO NOT RECOMMEND

They are awesome. I'm rehabbing my knee. RJ and Kevin are warm, encouraging, and highly knowledgeable. Great senses of humor. I really feel that they're getting me back to where I was before my injury. It's a great atmosphere.

The staff was nice but Georgia didn’t listen to my complaints regarding my injury. I found her to be rude and dismissive when it came to my issues. Not what I was expecting.

I was treated here after having surgery for an ankle injury. Progress made everything as stress free as can be. They offer pick up and drop off service, which made it easy for me since I was unable to drive during the first stages of rehab. Rich, the driver, was always punctual and welcoming. Georgia, my primary therapist was very encouraging and would push me to new limits, but never too far. She was open to any feedback about new exercises and would be understanding when I was in too much pain to do certain things. Kevin, the other therapist at this location, was also great. Kevin is very knowledgeable in his field and had an answer to any questions or concerns that I had. I also have to add that he kept his word and did my most hated exercise on my last day. The PT assistant, Rachel, made sure to keep all the equipment clean throughout the day. Rachel was always a shout away if I needed clarification on how to do an exercise, or if I needed reminding on the set/ rep ranges. Also, she was understanding of my sarcasm and would not miss the chance to make me laugh with a dig at Kevin. Last, but not least, is Nikki. Nikki, the receptionist, was usually the first and last face I'd see at Progress. She always acknowledged me even if she was busy on the phone and made scheduling/changing appointments super easy. All in all, I had a great experience at Progress and they definitely stood up to their name! I hope I never have to go back and I mean that in the nicest way possible, thanks for everything guys!!!

Having been diagnosed with arthritic spurs in my neck, I sought physical therapy for pain relief. Skeptical after 2 weeks, pain was actually worse and I considered bailing. After discussing with therapist I went for remaining sessions and was completely surprised how much relief was found. Not only are the staff attentive and knowledgeable, I learned much about my situation and how to manage it. The environment is friendly but professional. Appointments are easily made and reminders appreciated. I prefer to focus on the task not be distracted by socializing or loud conversations. I highly recommend this office if you want results!

My experience at Progress Physical Therapy on Ridge Ave has been exceptionally positive. The physical therapists are kind, professional, concerned, personable, and extremely well-qualified. The physical therapists spend a huge amount of time giving one-on-one advice, therapy, and responding to all questions/concerns. The facility itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Facility hours (open early, doesn’t close until late, and open on Saturdays) help accommodate my working schedule. After my ACL reconstruction surgery, the physical therapists helped me in getting back on my feet in a remarkably fast time period. I highly recommend this physical therapy facility and have even convinced my fiancé to begin scheduling here for his back pain. 5+ stars!!

I enjoy going to Progress Physical Therapy on Ridge Avenue Philadelphia, even though I am physically in pain. The staff, most especially Georgiaand Julian, are super caring and amazing. They reallydo care about their patient getting physicallybetter. I’ve been going there a few times now, and if I can give them more than five stars, I would.

I have been visiting this center now for just over a month and have made progress far beyond my expectations. It was tough going at first, but Georgia Spano, PT, DPT, the Facility Director, runs a tight ship and truly knows her field. She and her team have worked me through a series of exercises and stretches that, though at first seem meaningless to the untrained, started to pay off in dividend once I had accumulated several visits. And Georgia has a careful eye, always making sure that stretches and exercises are being done properly and effectively, and that they are still worth doing. Once an exercise has run its course, she is quick to implement and new and more effective one. She customizes each person and gives them exactly what they need. And how she manages to do all this and at the same time be so friendly and personal is amazing. I'm not thrilled that I ruptured my quadriceps tendon, but I sure am glad there's a place were I can receive the rehab that I need with the understanding I deserve. Like I tell her after every visit: Thanks G!
