I just want to say this has been the best experience Ive had with anyone. Ron was so kind, and willing to help me in anyway he could. He went above and beyond for me. To tell a young woman the bug she encountered inside her home was a bed bug when in fact it was clearly a beetle shows what type of business you run. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of someone who was seeking your "expertise". BE CAREFUL WITH BUSINESSES LIKE THIS!

Rare to find someone in this field who does not have a business model based on revenue from return business. He was very honest about process - everything proceeded as he said, months have passed with no evidence of a return. Sometimes you hear horror stories of "repeat treatments" and things go on for months. We called him same day, he arrived the next day and done! He even helped advise me in assisting with a problem for a relative - which I am super, super appreciative of - probably saved me thousands of dollars.

I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who is battling these relentless little blood suckers.
My elderly mother discovered she had an infestation last month. I researched our options. We started off spraying and washing and drying everything at high heat. It wasn't as effective as we'd hoped and it was becoming a daily job for my mother. I was concerned about how the chemicals might be affecting her respiratory system. People were telling me we would have to spray multiple times a day--throughout the house--for weeks. I realized that wasn't going to work for her situation. After researching the bugs patterns and how they typically react to the different methods used to exterminate them, I realized that thermal remediation (heat) was the best way to go.
I researched companies and got quotes. Ultimately, I called Pro Heat based on Google reviews. Ron was very responsive and sent me materials and a video to give me a clear idea of what the heat treatment would entail, as well as instructions for how to prep the house for the treatment.
He was professional, friendly, and efficient. After I discussed my mother's situation and why it was necessary for us to go with the heat treatment, he quoted me a reasonable price based on the house's square footage, and then, gave my mother a senior discount.
He called in advance on the day of our appointment, after confirming the appointment the day before. He gave us an estimate of how long the treatment and the cooldown after would total (about four hours), and informed us that it would still be sometime after that until the house returned to normal temperature. We didn't mind the heat, because we were confident that it indicated the treatment was successful. And it was; it's been weeks, and there have been no signs of them returning!

This company is awesome! Out of all the exterminators companies i called in my area,Ron was the only one that wanted to act immediately! He had no problem driving 4 hours to help me fix my problem fast and put my mind at ease. I called him in the evening and he was there the next morning with the heat. He was very reassuring and kind,he helped me through this horrible time. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.Services: Home inspection

The price was right and we were thrilled Ron was willing to drive so far to provide treatment to my parents' home. Unfortunately, he did NOT honor his guarantee and did not return after making numerous promises and excuses. Quite frankly, it would not have been needed had he done the job properly the first time. I'd done a lot of research so knew the temp and duration needed to ensure destruction of all adults, juveniles, nymphs and eggs and though his max temp far exceeded what was required, his time duration was way too short. His story about the cool down time would cover it was BS as it meant the heat did NOT reach deep into all areas as it would have had he simply maintained the heat consistently for the full required time period. My thought is he shortened it due to the long drive back. The point is, he failed epically. I saw live bugs the very next day which he said were the toughest of the tough and stated they would die off. They did not, they continued to appear, more have appeared since, and the population has regrown. Complete fail by a man who talks a good "Christian" story but does not honor his word or guarantee. I cannot in good conscience recommend his service in any way, shape or form.
