I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to this business to replace the back glass of my device. I was told the workmanship would be as good as the Apple Store and the materials used would be of the same quality. Not only was that untrue, their repair broke the flash on my phone. Perhaps unsurprisingly, they have no longer been responsive once I reached out with this concern. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them.

these people are scammers i had a iphone x screen repaired and they gave me a faulty screen that did not work they refused to replace the screen they refused to give me my money back and they would not answer my calls or texts .they basically came up on 65$ and left me without a phone they even hung up in my ear when i called an alternative number.i do not recommend this business at all.they are unprofessional thieves!!!

They give 0 receipts . I’ve been back and forth to store because of battery fault they keep changing battery says it’s new but phone cuts off & on throughout day even if fully charged , they were both nice at first until I came back about phone being messed up , lady gave me hard time , caused argument & called police on me for something they have done , I believe it was because I am an African American , she definitely profiled me from the door and I spent great money with them ,, I do not recommend 10/10

The customer service was nice and they got my iPad fixed in just 1 day and despite it having a different screen color it was as good as new and they even put screen protectors on your devices for you, it’s gotta be the best phone repair store I’ve ever been to.

Very nice people but the repair job was poor. Had to take my phone back 3 times before they got it right. The phone worked better before repairs than afterwards.

They made an appointment and didn't show up. Nor.al during business hours, and no one was there. They called me an hour after our scheduled appointment, but I had chosen a different repair facility
