“This post office is great- especially John and Bea, who work the counter. It’s a shame to see how the postmaster general (DeJoy) is decimating the USPS and making it hard for workers and customers alike. Still, best post office in the city with the nicest employees who are doing the work and facing all kinds of structural constraints.”
“I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!”
“This has been our post office for 5 years and never had a bad experience, however, in the last day or two they have been a lifesaver! My husband's immigration document was being sent to the wrong address (our old address, still serviced by same post office) and I called to ask if they could help. Christina was able to intercept the item and make sure it got to our new character who will be dropping it off to us today. We desperately needed this document today due to international travel this weekend, and Christina and the team at this location saved our plans!”

“After being misdirected numerous times ALL over the city trying to get our 7 year old son a new passport, we were again re-directed (after paying $27 to park in a garage) to this Post Office. Having spent most of our morning walking, driving, and being disappointed ...we forgot that we needed an appt. Never the less we waited in line just to speak to the customer service agent to plead our case and at the very least try to make an appt for another day. She was alone and busy, but took her time with each customer. When we stepped up to the counter I was pre-pared to be met with a disgruntled worker but instead we met Shayna! She was a bundle of positivity and listened to our "sad story", then once she realized we had all the paperwork in order told us that if we could sit until she got through the long (seemingly never ending line of people coming in) that she didn't mind quickly processing the passport for us....and she did. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Shayna I hope you have a great time in Jamaica girl!! You deserve it. THANK YOU for going above and beyond that day. We really appreciated your kindness”
“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to visit this location, BUT The lady behind the counter was phenomenal, the 4 stars are for her! This was on a Saturday morning, There was a nonstop line, and she tackled every situation with patience and kindness. When I got up there She addressed or Offered a follow up on All my issues I am having with receiving packages.. The part: about packages just sitting at the office for days needs to change, that part gets 0 stars.”

“I had a P.O. Box and went to this post office several times a week for a year or more before I moved. Everyone was really helpful and kind to me, they’re severely understaffed and the region they cover is very big so you do need to be patient and keep this in mind, but otherwise I have no complaints.”

I ship pretty often and have come here frequently since moving to the area and I’ve never had a problem with this post office, even when asking the staff some pretty stupid questions. “By no means the best post office, but very consistent. Yolanda is really nice and always attends to me. They do experience long lines and, as a result, sometimes show a little attitude and frustration towards customers. That said, they do good work given the monotony of their job.”

“I've been going to this Post Office for yrs and I've never experienced any of the complaints I've read, nor have I been in line and saw any of the problems people are complaining about, what I have witnessed is people not knowing how they want to send a letter or package or not filling out the sending or return lables properly, this is and has been for many yrs a one Man operation and he's done a superb job, Customer Service is the hardest job ever, if I have to complain about something it would be that the office is closed from 1:30-3:00 for lunch.”

“This is not a full sized commercial post office. I missed a delivery and was directed on the USPS slip to come here and pick up a package. I arrived around 2pm on Saturday. You ring a bell and a post office clerk comes to slide open a window. She was friendly, kind and found my package within a few minutes.Thank you USPS!”
