Horrific workers doing sloppy work. The job was to pave a parking lot in the middle of the block. Everyone was made to move their cars for two days in a tough neighborhood for parking. After stapling our trees to death to put up 'no parking' signs, and cutting branches from people's perfectly manicured trees without consult, one car remained and they didn't even tow it. Instead they tried to squeeze large trucks past it threatening my trees and flower boxes.
Every attempt to address was met with derision and hostility. They took the longer narrower path to the lot when a wider shorter one was easily available.
And of course they left a trail of asphalt on the street leaving chunks to harden with no concern.
The foreman was particularly abrasive and insulting. Most of the workers quickly turned nasty when questions were asked, indicating they frequently get complaints due to their incompetence.
Pointlessly embarrassing incompetence.

We hired Ron to repair and repave a small parking lot, and to replace the adjacent sidewalk.
He was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the outset, he was thorough and clear in explaining what needed to be done and how he would approach the work. He was incredibly responsive and fast in communicating. And, once the work started, he keep us updated daily on the project.
The end result was wonderful. Ron did everything he said he would, exactly when he said he would, and communicated very well throughout. Highly recommended.

Wow! This company is great, as well as their staff!! I had gotten a few estimates, and this company was very fair, with their price. And what a beautiful job, on laying the concrete in my drive way. Ron was so nice to work with, and his staff were very friendly. I would definitely get them again for any future projects.JeannieT

I called a few companies in the Philadelphia area to get a quote on rebuilding the steps. Most companies were asking for $600+ for each 4inch step, Philly concrete gave a more reasonable estimates so I went with them for the job.The experience was great , job was done quickly, professionally and I can tell the owner, Ron (if I remember correctly) , is an honest and great guy. Highly recommended

We called several companies to have our small driveway redone. Most contractors either said it was too small of a job or that they only do concrete. Not Ron!! He came out, took a look and said no problem. Gave a reasonable price and he and his crew started and finished the job this morning. Professional, quality work, clear communication, left our property as they found it! Ron and his crew did not disappoint! Ron and his team completed multiple projects for our HOA including: paving driveways, replacing garage aprons and sidewalks, removing/replacing retaining wall, and fixing the structure of our driveway drains. Not only was every job done timely and to perfection, his prices are fair and Ron’s communication with you is excellent! He made sure every one of my questions were answered, including explaining materials and processes used. Ron also goes the extra mile, between his architectural drawings to visual explain the project, to putting up signs for each resident to make sure they are aware they cannot drive on driveways until after asphalt has set. Amazing company!! Worked directly with Ron to demo a wall and build a parking spot for a townhome in Rittenhouse and he did a fantastic job!! From the first time we met, he was on time and knew exactly what I wanted after explanations and showing him plans. He made me feel like I was the only client that mattered to him, he was available by phone and continuously kept me updated on schedules. He even was pleasant and professional enough to speak with neighbors who stopped by. His end product is superior to other paving companies I've contracted for and his pricing was the lowest, Google only let's me give 5 stars, but he's earned 6 for his work. I have had a major problem with my driveway scrapping up everyones cars who drove on it. I did not think they would be able to lower it enough to get my very low cars on it without destroying the bottoms of the cars. Ron and his team were beyond excellent and went way above and beyond my expectations. Ron even stopped by multiple times to make sure it was perfect for me, and it was doing exactly what I needed it to do. I am so happy with the driveway and have already gotten multiple compliments on it. The price was great and everything was done in a timely and professional manner.
