I guess I am giving one star about this branch to post something here. I went to this branch to do my business to find out that they used a non working machine and lost $ 1,500.00 out of my checking account. I will be changing my bank when this is resolved.

No disrespect to this personal PNC but just went to an ATM and tried to take out $10. It kept telling me I did not have the funds when I had $10.69 this is a no surcharge ATM in the first place. Fix the problem. There should be no reason why I'm not getting the Money.
