Drive thru was horrible. Only me and another car. And more than half an hour to deposit. Worst customer service ever.

I Give my Teller 5 stars. I Give the “ Branch Manager” a zero stars!
Very obnoxious behavior,”FOR EXAMPLE SHE TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE BANK” AS IF TO SIGNAL THAT MY BUSINESS WAS TOO PETTY FOR HER TIME AND SHE NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE WORK IMMEDIATELY!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE BRANCH MANAGER!!!

Whewww even the current branch manager screwed up big time. We are making a corporate complaint and closing this account as soon as this mishap is fixed. My entire household is done with pnc because we can’t trust our local branch to properly take care of a not uncommon bank task/release of funds.

PNC Bank maintains their excellent financial services because of employees such as Ms. Tasha Dawson.She has great empathy for the needs of members.When I called to inquire on my situation, she calmly asked if I was close by, to stop in, she'd take care of it.Hands down when someone has a financial concern, as with her, she promptly made the adjustment with a smile.As I finished up, we laughed and talked our way to the exit.SUPERIOR SERVICE FOR Tasha Dawson ??
