Need to hire more staff was waiting 30 mins when there 4 staff and there was one person in front of me so sad bad customer service

This location is horrible! The wait time is ridiculous every time I take my mother. They may have 1 teller for regular banking and 1 for commercial banking. The teller is slow and you can be waiting more than hour.

ZERO STARS.. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE TO ROB YOU. MULTIPLE ROBBERIES HAVE TAKEN PLACE IN THEIR PARKING LOT PNC DOES NOT CARE & ARE NEGLIGENT ABOUT YOUR SAFETY I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OR EVEN WORSE FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE..
