I recently had a negative experience. Walked in to get few months statements of a recently closed account. The banker Arlinda did not even put an effort to help. She told me she cannot print them at a branch level. I have to call the phone bank and order the statements. It turns out she gave me false information because the next day, I went to a different branch in NJ where a branch employee was able to print them form me. I understand the reason she did not try to help js because there was no sale involved just a service. Even though the account was recently closed, I do have other accounts and still am an existing client and did not feel that I was treated as one.

I really love this PNC brunch on Bustleton Avenue. The Manager Audrey Ackaa and the staff always spend time with clients until the client is happy. If I could put 10 stars, I would. The stuff is very polite and professional. I think this is the best PNC brunch in Philadelphia. I will recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

Walking in to open an account turned into one of the best banking experiences of my life. William went above and beyond through his shining character and personable personality. This location closes at 5pm on weekdays. Even though I walked in at 5:05pm, which I don't recommend being that person, Will smiled and graciously accommodated. He really did a solid and helped out. Thank you!

The worst costumer service ever ! I waited for over an hour to get help on my accounts .None of the representatives even came up to us . After waiting for so long the rep was finishing up with a customer to only tell us she was leaving ! We waited for over an hour ! Horrible !Definitely don’t recommend this branch to anyone . They should change there reps to more professional people !

Dante Smith was very helpful and friendly, even when I misspelled the name of the company we were making cashiers checks out to and I didn’t notice until after they were made. Nice guy

I really don’t like to leave a bad reviews, but when you have an emergency, coming to the bank, you are the only one customer, five people telling you to scan a barcode so one of them can talk to you. Forget about customer service anymore,

Not possible to just walk in and ask a question - you need to give them your phone number by sending a code to an app, go through about 10 questions of why you're visiting, and then you can sit down and talk for a few minutes. It's hilarious. The management who thought of this are pretty clever of finding such an elaborate way of dissuading people to come in or do business with them! When you finally do sit down after going through this hilarious rigmarole, you sit down with some of the most incompetent and unhelpful bankers in Philadelphia who explain charges far exceeding those of other surrounding banks. This business needs to close.
