I've been to pretty much all of the nearby PNC branches during the pandemic.In my experience this branch has been the most customer service minded team that try to alleviate the complication that is banking during these weird times.I do and will continue to drive out of my way to come to this branch.

This bank is a mess and extremely disorganized. I have reached out to the manager, and the person that I opened the account with - with no response from either one of them. It's not a surprise that their rating is under 3 stars, seeing as no one there seems to care about their customers
