This bank is the worst this branch is even more worst
Been with them for 15+ yrs I have a mortgage, carnote and multiple credit cards , and not one them is with pnc. On a more recent note went to go withdraw money from atm. The atm has no money but debited it from my account , was informed oh! it will put it back on ya account over night. It wasn't went back to the branch where I was informed it would take 10 business day for them to correct their mistake, told them I was withdrawing few hundred for a bill that needed to be paid. It's funny how was in there a few days prior and another customer was upset and closed their account . I have nasty mangers at this branch and rude tellers they just need to close thre branch

My only experience with PNC Bank is at this location. The entire staff works together in a manner which provides every client with extremely excellent, competent, personalized & friendly service. It's quite apparent everyone is capable & well-trained. They offer a wide variety of services and products, including a cellphone app to handle your finances from the palm of your hand. The branch manager, Mr Germain and his team will assure your financial makers are safely handled, to best meet the needs of your family, business or both.

Incompetent customer service.Unprofessional communication.Branch manager, Monarque, has dominating conversation style and refuses to listen to, or address concerns. One of his associates me incorrect information regarding payment timelines which I then passed on to my client making me and my business look foolish and incompetent. Upon learning this he was less than apologetic.I’m closing my accounts and banking elsewhere immediately.0/5 stars

Top notch service for all puts PNC Bank at the forefront of their league. Everyone is well trained and provides professional, friendly service to all. They offer a wide variety of services and products. PNC also has an app to handle your finances from your mobile device. Mr Germain and his team will assure your satisfaction.

Terrible customer service and 'can't be bothered' attitude. Went in to put some money in my wife's account but only had her bank card. I have done this before in the same store without any issues but this particular girl behind the counter obviously couldn't be bothered to do it.So apparently my wife's banking security is threatened if I deposit the money in store with a clerk but not if I deposit outside using the atm in some dodgy, trash strewn alley outside the bank.Also there was a bottle of pee in my parking space (not mine) . Just about sums up what goes on inside the building too. PEE-NC ought to be the correct name.Security guard was polite though, he gets 5 stars.

I am pleased with my visits here because it is always enjoyable. During entrance there is always someone to greet you with pleasantness. The service is excellent. This branch is always clean and in order. The representatives here are always professional and effective. Ms Stacy stands out for me because she was the first person who took care of my business when I started this venture with this company. I was impressed with her professionalism and pleasantness. She is still the same today! Great branch to take care of your banking needs.

THE WORST BANK EVER!!! First the doors were locked at the entrance on chelten Ave. and felt bad for the old lady who had to walk to the rear entrance to enter. Then Went to simply get 100 dollars in ones and was told I need an account to do so and that I can Only get up to $25. I then went to another branch up Mt Airy, just to see if that’s policy and they gave me change without NO PROBLEM!! Sad to say ONLY IN THE HOOD

Rude manager told me this afternoon Dec 9 around 12:45 pm that PNC does not have notaries. When I said no I know PNC offers notary service to their customers she switched in up and said there are no notaries at PNC in the district of Philadelphia. Upon further investigation, I found there are at least 2 notaries right in City Ave branch (closest branch to them) and also at 6th and Spring Garden branch.

A’Shia was very rude, and not helpful. She doesn’t represent this company well and needs to pick another profession where she can thrive! Customer Service is always a priority and with the attitude she displayed I will never go to this location again! when asking for her and her supervisors name she got angry saying I was being hostile which wasn’t true, I calmly waited while she tried to pled her case and bring me out of character which didn’t happen of course! I will also be writing a letter to the corporate office in regards to this employee and her behavior! I truly hope she will display better customer service in the future!

Thank you Aja! You were truly amazing. I had to come in multiple times to get my business account open and you were so helpful and patient every time. The best banking experience I’ve ever had. This bank is always a problem. I can go to any other PNC and get my mother's banking issues taken care of because I'm her POA. This one not at all. I always wind up having to go to another. I don't know why I keep going there thinking the outcome will be different. Never again!
