My card was stolen I called customer care reported it they suggested I go to the bank to get a new card instead of waiting several business days these people are so rude it's unbelievable close this branch or replace these nasty people I will never go back into that bank again

Don't go into this PNC branch. yesterday afternoon 9 / 27/22 I was making a deposit. It was two black female tellers in there. The one that waited on me. Should have ask what account I want to put my deposit in. instead she called out the amount that I had in my accounts. I felt so violated. That was my personal information. Very unprofessional and ignorant.

Please close my account immediately! Fix YOUR issue! Im not going to continue to waste my time. You fraudulently reversed the charges for Longhorn Steakhouse to pay yourself the $50 reversal fee that you created in the 1st place through your inept employee. Moreover, you failed to cancel payment to PECO despite my proof that I paid the bill disabled auto enroll and contacted PECO directly to advise them. All so you could charge a stop payment fee! Now my account is negative $170 from fees that arent applicable. You refuse to close my account and will continue to attach your bogus charges for not keeping the account in good standing threshold and more service fees. You're a fraudulent bank and i will be reporting to the BBB and Attorney Generals office to investigate you.

I have been visiting this bank for about 3 years and the people have always been very helpful and friendly. I don't understand why the negative reviews. There are always going to be lines wherever you go and the lines I've seen here are nothing compare to other banks. The only inconvenience, and it's not that bad, is the parking but I have always been able to find one and I have never needed more than a quarter for parking. Perhaps the people that complaint are the ones with the attitude problem and should look at themselves and learn to be patient. We are living in a world where people are always rushing. Peace be still. I do recommend this bank.

They're not very helpful at this particular location. Mostly eldery people do their banking here and they're literally standing in line much longer than they should be. They check you're credit when you try to open an account also (hence the reason they ask for your social) if your score is low, they will tell you a lie as to why they cannot allow you to open one up. Not helpful and dishonest...SMH!
