The staff are lovely, but this branch no longer allows for cash/coin deposits or cash withdrawals of any kind. They have ATMs but large withdrawals must be taken at another branch.

Heaven must be named Heaven because she is truly a blessing. She was so sweet, helpful and quick. She did everything she could, got me an account the same day after I have tried at over 20 banks. Truly, what a Saint. I am forever greatful for her and PNC! Never leaving this bank!

Just a heads up that this isn’t really a full branch - they don’t have any tellers working here. There are multiple ATMs and staff that can do limited things, but if you need a teller (like I did) you’ll have to go to another branch.

Staff refused to print a check that I’m cashing into my account with PNC which is essentially refusal of service out of laziness? I don’t know. I guess I should’ve banking for years with another bank. They said “go print your check at the library” maybe I should hand out my SSN to everyone on my way there

This branch is excellent and especially convenient for temple students. We came here to get a debit card for our international student and Selina helped us. It was a very smooth process and she explained everything in detail and showed how to work the app and atm to our student.

Their customer service needs work. I scheduled an appointment for 2:15 PM. Walk in, and there's no employees to be found except one at the window (which was occupied by a customer). I checked in for my appointment through their online system by 2:20. No other employees appeared until 20 minutes later and I was not seen by anyone until 2:45, which was the time my appointment was scheduled to end. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait 30 minutes to be seen anyway? There were no other customers except the one at the window, so it's not like they were busy helping other people either. Also two separate employees told me to check in, which I already had 20 minutes prior, so clearly no one is actually checking the check in system to see when their customers arrive for appointments. All of this was super avoidable, and irritating.

Helpful staff! Fast and efficient when I needed to notify them that I was travelling abroad. I had to deduct one star because I think the teller's information was a bit inaccurate when I asked about using my debit card abroad. However, he was very nice. Always make sure to double check on PNC's website if you're travelling abroad! This location can be pretty busy at times. There are three ATMs at this location.

Chelsea, the branch manager, is by far the most helpful person and bank employee I've ever met. She is transparent with all banking policies, procedures and fees, she listens (and manages to remember from one visit to the next) to client needs, and finally offers options accordingly. Superb!
