Was greeted by a super sweet teller - not sure of her name, but she was a young pregnant woman with thick black framed glasses. She went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met!

Place is horrible no tellers just atms even tho the office is huge. The key card device to let you use atms after hours is always broken. Useless branch

I just use the atm in the vestibule, and haven't utilized the the other services. However, it says online that the ATM is available 24 hours, but it is not. They finally put a safety lock that you need to open with a PNC bank card, but it either doesn't work, or just doesn't read my card. The security guard was standing on the other side of the door, looking at me struggle to get in, and didn't budge. So, while the bank has improved it's safety features, it's now less accessible and I have to rush to get there during banking hours.

Today September 1, 2023 @ 3pm. To withdraw my money. The manager claimed no more money and allow only 25% of what I initial requested to withdraw. Really upset when I can't withdraw my own money and I will switch my account to other bank.

I can’t believe any bank that doesn’t have enough 300 worth of dollar bills in a day. I needed singles for my business and got turned down. You guys don’t have 300$ worth of singles? I came in at 4:10pm and this teller with a mask told me they don’t have 300$ in single bills. I don’t believe this. I will be closing my account soon.

There is never more than 1 teller able to help customers. Today I watched 2 tellers take 15 mins for non customer related activities.I was 3rd in line and after 30 minutes of waiting had to leave.How about your actually staff your branches with tellers. As a long time customer this is getting really tiring.

Took very long to withdraw money. around 25-30 minutes from the teller. Was not busy. They just seemed to not trust that it was my account. Ignorant Teller just laughed too when I mentioned what's with the wait time? Closed my account later on.

Avoid this location at all costs, they are always understaffed so expect a 15+ minute wait even if you’re the first customer in the morning. Top it off, they open 5 minutes later than what’s posted and the ATM entrance is filthy with a pungent smell.
