Switched to PNC and do not regret a thing especially this location. The banker Karlin goes extremely above and beyond! Works personally with you and always makes me feel welcomed each visit. Thank you PNC.

There are a lot of pros & cons for PNC Bank But they are doing better since a couple of years. And their online banking is one of the best. Their best credit card or loan deals:

Do banks not require customer service associates to have customer service experience or somewhat of an education? i feel like the idiots who work here are "over-paid" for nothing. This two star is for the ONE friendly, and knows-what-she-is-doing teller that i go to. Unfortunately, I work above this bank; therefore it is way more convenient for me to just bank with them.

this branch is ok most of the time; however, if you're old enough for a grandparent to have bought you savings bonds that have matured (*gasp* i'm that old), you might not want to visit this branch. the super nice but obviously fresh faced teller with a grandmother my mom's age had NO clue that savings bonds are cashed at a higher value than face. he looked quizzically at my deposit slip that showed a much higher amount than what was printed on the original savings bond. once i told him that everything was legit, he deposited my bond without issue. just a heads-up: make sure you know the value of your bond before you go in or you may end up with it cashed a face value.
