Wonderful store! Everyone there was super friendly. Got a great deal on a Moschino and McQ shirt. The woman there who I assume was the Manager/Owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Anyone who loves great fashion needs to check this place out!

I ordered from The Bureau aka Platinum via Amazon.com on 11/24, the item did not arrive, was reported lost/stolen directly to their online rep, Blair Ago aka Cameron.. It was reported on 12/4, it is now 1/7, still no resolution as far as refund goes, they will not answer their phone when I call and I am now messaging a different person whom claims my calls and messages are "disruptive" and is accusing me of making threats which I can only assume refer to complaints I filed prior. What really gets me is this person is also claiming to have attempted resolution, which is a lie.. They know what to do to resolve, which is refund...They are now awaiting their insurance company, whom I've also called and been calling most recently, to resolve claim. A Jessie with U-pic claims assured me it will more than likely get approved, requested to have Platinum call them...As far as I know, they have not.. Watch out if experience a similar issue such as a mine, a lost or stolen order, this company is utterly ridiculous.

My son purchased a pair of jeans from this store and he specifically asked the cashier if he would be able to return the pants if they didn't fit. The sales associate told him he would be able to return them but what she didn't tell him was that he only had seven days to return/exchange the pants or he would be out of luck. He tried to exchange the pants for a bigger size once he realized he couldn't fix them but 10 days had passed. When he went to the store he was told he wouldn't be able to return or exchange the pants (he says the manager didn't even try to help him she just straight said “noâ€). He left the store very sad because basically he is stuck with $105 pair of pants he can't fit. I called the store and spoke with a store manager name Cynthia and asked her if there was any way he could get another pair of pants even if they were cheaper as long as he could fix them. Cynthia was adamant about not even attempting to help us and even said the jeans were “clearance†and were final sale but when I told her the receipt didn't say that she further went on to say she couldn't be “racist†and change the store policy for one kid..... like what!?! Then she took down my information and told me the owner would give me a call whenever they stopped in the store and she had no way of knowing when they would be in and she has no way of contacting them (yeah right). I believe they prey on the young people that patronize their business get them to purchase items for a ridiculous amount of money then do whatever to keep the child's money. I am pissed right now.
