Conveniently located, spacious, well equipped, friendly staff and very clean. Had an incident recently where someone left a huge disgusting mess in the ladies room bathroom stalls. Reported it to management and the area was promptly cleaned and sanitized, thanks in large part to staff member Kita. She should get a raise for having to clean that awful mess and did it without complaining. Thank you, Kita!

We have been trying to cancel forever. Everytime we call, someone picks up and immediately hangs up the phone. The location in Langhorne even tried to call and then hung up on them. Horrible customer service. I am going to look to reporting the organization to relevant local authorities. I would not bother signing up a membership here, they won't care about you after...

Good atmosphere , convenient hours , new and well maintained equipments. Associates are friendly and super helpful. Always a good workout . Nice place to tan, massage and recover if you upgrade to the black card.
