Bald guy is rude. Why did they remove the paper towels from the bathroom? Sometimes the toilet paper sits on top of the dispenser instead of inside of it. Disgusting. Staff needs to do better.

Great experience always the places always so clean or you see staff constantly wiping down equipment

Have decent equipment, but staff members were very rude about closing procedures on multiple occasions. One employee used the lunk alarm like an air raid siren every 5 minutes starting 25 minutes before closing to try to get people to leave. Aisha, another employee, individually confronted customers screaming at them to leave 20 minutes prior to closing so that they could close early. This should be unacceptable

While I do like this location, it makes me feel more unsafe due to recent incidents. My lock was broke by someone in locker room, few people who came in recently were loud, problematic, causing trouble to others and I've seen other who stayed here prolonged of time, wandering and even had meals. Policy needs to be more strict on screening people in, keep others people feel safe, comfortable and have staff to be more attentive to the surroundings and people. I'm still giving props the staff do a good job on organizing and keep the place clean.

They say the gym opens at 5am. For some reason members are sitting in their cars or standing by the door waiting until 5:10am . Please!!! Open at 5am.

The club changed dramatically, After being a nice and clean place ? it turned into afilthy place, specially the locker room and the bathrooms.
They start by removing the paper towel dispenser from the bathroom, forcing the club members to just use the air dryer as only choice , and occasionally they just don't refill the wall-mounted soap dispenser and the trash being left everywhere..
