The folks here were very responsive and efficient during the entirety of my service. The office called a few times with updates and even after service to make sure everything was running okay — that communication was impressive! They were all extremely kind, trustworthy, and efficient. I will 1000% be back.

I’ve been going to Pinnacle for five years and every time has been a good experience. The staff are courteous, professional and efficient. They are all nice people. Every effort is made to accommodate your needs and make you feel comfortable. Everything is explained well. Noah took really good care of me from drop off to pick up. Your service is completed when expected. The prices are reasonable and the work is good. Go here!

Make sure you ask for pricing first. Never in my life have I paid more than $75-85 for an inspection so I was very shocked to pick up my car and be charged almost $130 - that is insane. Workers were very rude and defensive when I nicely addressed my concerns.

Transparent about costs and polite. They completed repairs, oil change, state inspection, tire rotation in an about a day and a half. They are an easy walk if you’re in the Bella Vista, Queen Village, Society Hill, Washington Square areas. I appreciate you can drop off your car keys before work if you park close to the shop.

Called at 2:15 pm to see if they could get me in that day for an inspection and emissions test. They got me in and out by 4 pm. No surprises. Great customer service and was thankful that they were able to get me in that quickly. Awesome job.

Had a great experience with these guys. They got my car registered very quickly and figured out the cause of a terrible clanking that 2 previous mechanics hadn’t been able to solve. Would highly recommend! Quick and fair prices.
