I’ve been here since I believe march? Never any problems, everyone is super friendly, thankful I came across them and definitely don’t plan on leaving?? the one time there was a small maintenance issue overnight and they answered right away. If you can get a spot here it’s worth the money. Everyone else, that rents here too is very nice as well. I’ve spent some nights here late working on my bikes with friends and never had any problems.

Great storage facility with even better prices! The staff is nice and extremely helpful. Joe is super friendly and super helpful he's always in a good mood & with a smile on his face. Always a pleasure to speak with!

My experience was great. Joey the Operations Manager was very understanding and assisted me with finding the perfect unit size to rent. He assisted me with a smooth quick process. I would definitely recommend others to rent for storage at Pine Valley Storage.

This is a amazing company better than Anyone in Philadelphia! If you want a good place to put your items Go here! The owner actually came out and showed me and boyfriend where to go, how and when’s the best time, his answer 24 hours! Which is true! Overall great and amazing customer service and way better then U-haul ????

I’ve rented 2 indoor 10x10 units from Joe and Justin at Pine Valley Storage. The facility is clean, plenty of carts, convenient location, and easily accessible loading doors. They are also easily reached via phone or email. Highly recommend.

This place has the most helpful and patient staff. They were willing to stay late after office hours because we were in a pinch and needed a storage place pronto. Their rates are super fair and they kindly worked with us to find the best fitting unit for our stuff. I would highly recommend over a "big name" company.

By choosing Pine Valley Storage you're choosing the best option and here is why:In search of a storage I've looked into all SF in the surrounding areas and I'm sharing the collected info with you to save your time. I've taken into consideration the following aspects:Price, safety, reviews, and customer service.- Price - one of the most affordable costs compared to the SF in neighboring areas;- Safety - located next to a childcare facility and elementary school, needless to say - an indication of a safe area;- Reviews - positive, informative reviews from customers (including long-term cust.);- Customer service - I learned that it is a family-owned business and it feels so. It is a place where you are treated as a valued customer.The personnel is extremely nice and provides any assistance needed.You will have a pleasant communication from the first phone call and throughout the time you're using the service.10/10, highly recommend.

Also I used climate control units in my experience. I recommend. Emphatic Clean. Wide gate. Wide medium and mini trolleys available for your convenience. Makes for an easy moving in and out.

Thumbs up. Additionally, the terms and conditions, the paperwork, are very straightforward. As a small businessman, I appreciated Pine Valley’s considerations of my needs for my family. Respect is important to me. I respected them, their terms and conditions, and, in return, mutual respect was provided which I am grateful for. 100% recommend over painful big corporate storages in Philly.

Pine Valley Public Storage is the best storage facility in Northeast Philadelphia. I was a tenant in all of them and PV (Pine Valley) is exceptional. Joe really goes out his way for each and every customer and truly knows how to treat his customers. You really must speak with Joe in-person to see what I am talking about. And wait until you see the outstanding rates they offer. Cheap rates and they don't increase every few months like the other places.

The people who own and run this place are awesome. This business is much more personal than other big-name storage places. I've been renting a unit from them for awhile now and can honestly say it feels like they actually care about their customers. My experience with them so far has been great and the price is reasonable, too.

My sister who recently passed away had 2 units at Pine Valley. After multiple phone calls and more than a few hiccups on our end this family run business could not have been more accommodating or kinder. They helped us at every turn and made a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend! You don’t get personal service like this anymore!!!!
