I’ve gotten this bracelet fixed about five times in jewelers row, and its broken again every single time! Got Pietro to fix it and so far its been staying together. He did a great job, and I can find wear it all the time again without fear of it breaking. Pietro, his wife, and his staff are also very friendly! Glad I could find a great jeweler!

We had our (antique) wedding bands resized at Pietro's, along with some engraving done to commemorate our wedding date. Pietro was able to add the new engraving without compromising any of the original engravings. The price was great, and service was fast. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Beyond impressed with Pietros work on a custom name plate necklace for my mother! I was looking for a replica of my grandmothers 3D name plate that I got made into a bracelet. I sent photos because I don't live local and they nailed it. It's exactly what I was looking for and they helped me design it every step of the way. They have extremely fair pricing and accomplished every detail. Very excited to shop with them again!

Brought a cross that was very special given to me by my grandfather who had passed away to get repaired and they lost it…. The worst part is nobody called me to tell me they lost it. I called for a month and they kept putting me on hold every time until finally the owner came on to inform me that he had lost it… He did try to make good on it by making me another one but unfortunately its irreplaceable i wont accept another cross. The cost of the piece means nothing it was the sentimental value and i thought i could trust thisJeweler but i thought wrong . Very sad and heart breaking… I am disgusted on how i was treated by the employees its like they didnt even care, and even though they want to make a replacement, it will never be the same. Its been almost a year and i still havent heard anything from them which indicates to me they truly do not care and i will not be going again or would recommend to anyone..
