Unless you're desperate for time or to wash close to home....it's not worth it. Generally, there is NO hot water provided.

The Asian man is all the time looking for troubles, ask 1000 questions to change a 20 bucks bill. If I only want change a bill there is the store to buy a soda. What's his problem????
