I completed the online contact form to inquire about setting up cat sitting services three weeks ago and no one from the business ever responded. I also tried calling the phone number on their website & that calls a number that's not associated with this business. If they can't bother to respond to potential customers, they don't know how to run a business properly & indicates they don't care. Very unprofessional & irresponsible.

The only pet sitting service I would refer anyone to in this city. Alyssa is a genuine animal lover and will treat your furry child as if it was one of her own. This company has become 5 a star business in the past few years since the dynamic duo Alyssa and Kristen purchased it. Great business ethics and genuine love for animals! Thank you ladies for having such a well executed business that makes my guilt a little less when I am away from my son Princeton!!!

Philapets is my favorite cat sitting service in Philly. We’ve used them a number of times to care for our two cats. They are totally reliable, and they have even come through on a last minute request when our flight was delayed back to Philly. I love the message and photo that accompanies each visit. Also, they are very proactive when it comes to spotting things that should be addressed - like cleaning up hairballs, fixing tipped over plants, and bringing in packages. I highly recommend them!

I have used PhilaPets for daily walks for my 2 labs for 4 years and absolutely love them. The walkers are always friendly and take great care of our pups. We love that we get notified while at work when the sitters arrive, and again when they leave, and know if our pets did #1 or #2 during the day which informs how quickly we have to take them out when we get home. The staff is always reliable, responsive and flexible to make changes and meet our needs. I have peace of mind knowing that my dogs look forward to their mid-day walk each day. I can't recommend PhilaPets enough.

I have had very positive experiences with PhilaPets recently. They have been timely and reliable. Additionally, when my flight home got cancelled and I needed a last minute pet sitting, they were responsive, understanding and able to accommodate.

We have had nothing but great experiences with PhilaPets in the last two years - they regularly cat sit for us and care for our plants too while we’re gone. The owners are true professionals who are diligent about customer service and their staff is professional and caring. They have a solid digital check-in system so you are alerted when the walker/caretaker arrives and when they’ve left. They send detailed email updates about what they did and how the kitties are doing. The online scheduling system is simple and quick, and their office manager is lovely. We always come home to happy cats, full water fountains and a clean house. I have recommended them to several friends (also for cats) and they have all had great experiences too!

Philapets is awesome. I love that they cover further west, West Philly. They communicate quickly and clearly about visits and scheduling. I trust them to care for our cats, and feel comforted knowing they'll be there.

Absolutely love PhilaPets! They have been providing daily walks for our pups for 4 years during the day while we are at work. The walkers are always super-friendly and you can tell they really love dogs. We get a nice report via email after each walk telling us how our pets are doing, and whether they went #1 or 2 which is super helpful. They also scan in & out so you know exactly what time they are there. The office manager Bonney is responsive, professional and accommodating with schedule changes or special needs. Honestly, they are part of the family and provide great peace of mind knowing that our babies are taken care of until we get home each day.
