James gave a great Cardio Sculpt class this afternoon. The combination of weights and cardio is always challenging and he always offers choices and modifications
for the cardio moves. He is a great instructor who encourages you to do your best and his music makes it more enjoyable.

Best spin teacher and class in Philadelphia. No one cares more about the form than Angela. Really enjoying the new HIIT class on Thursdays. Maria kicked our butts big time. Four hours later and I'm still aching. Worth every minute. Kat brought new moves to Total Body Conditioning. I expect to ache tomorrow morning, but totally worth it.
