I have to say that I was wearing my old black sneakers to work in and my feet was hurting for 2 weeks straight. And my Dentist recommended me to go here and try The Philadelphia Runner store. I have to say they had me stand this foot measuring to get my pressure points for my heel / arch and size. And when I got my shoes in I put them.on on day 1 my feet never hurt again. I am so amazed at the level of customer service and accuracy of the results from the feet diagnostics. You have a customer for life.

Always fun shopping here! Great selection of sneakers, nutrition and gear. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable--running geeks just like me! Keep going back because if you spend a certain amount you'll get store credit.

Took my aunt (87yr) to get a new pair of hoka running shoes. Michael was outstand and paichant with her. Being a retail operations Mgr I observed all staff providing a high standard of service.

Had such a great experience here! I was a little overwhelmed walking in with a list of recommended sneakers (but not really knowing where to start or what anything meant).Takia helped me right away, talked to me about what I was looking for, looked at the list from my doctor, measured my feet, and started pulling shoes for me to try on. She was extremely informative and talked to me about every sneaker she grabbed and also very patient through the process.Will definitely return to Philadelphia Runner any time I need a new pair!

I went to Philadelphia Runner to get new shoes for Broad Street Run. I did research online and thought I knew what shoes I wanted, but I’m so glad I went in instead!! They scanned my feet and did a gait analysis, then spent 20+ minutes bringing options to try on and explaining all of the benefits. Also not a high pressure sales situation which I appreciated. I left with a new pair of Brooks and inserts for my arches. Highly recommend, I’ll be back!

I had just finished having a string of awful customer service that day. I walked into Philadelphia Runner just to look around, thinking I'd just order shoes online later. Little did I know that it would honestly feel like a breath of fresh air. Declan was so knowledgeable and so patient with both me and my sister. We ended up buying three pairs of shoes thanks to him! I don't think I'll ever go back to ordering shoes online. It was such a great experience that I'll be back here every time I need new shoes. This is what good customer service looks like!
