Philadelphia Record Exchange is a long standing favorite and one of the best record stores in Philly. It is a nice friendly shop with a huge used inventory of vinyl and CDs, featuring lots of well organized Folk, Rock, Jazz & RnB LPs, a wide selection of 45s, and small sections of World genres. There is always a flux of new stuff and select new issues, with excellent and very reasonable pricing. The deep crates offer a ton of cool stuff for the diggers and are worthy of repeat visits. The very friendly staff and busy Fishtown locale make it a pretty dope and welcoming place, definitely worth the trip.

Nice friendly shop - vinyl & CDs. Lot’s of well organized Folk, Rock, Jazz & RnB LPs. Small sections of World genres but they are there. Crates of 45s but not organized unfortunately. Overall strong Used stock for the diggers!
