This location seems understaffed. The people working the counter, when they're working, are helpful.But the supervisor is nonexistent. I've been trying to get a replacement key for our USPS mailbox for over a month. Three times I've gone in and filled out the forms for the supervisor to request maintenance, and asking for a callback, and nothing. The last two times when I went in, and asked to speak with the supervisor about the issue, she's magically not available.If you can avoid 30th St location, do so. It'll actually be faster if you went out of your way to 20th and Chestnut and received service.

The most rude and unprofessional post office I have ever encountered in my life. I appreciate that customer service workers have to deal with a lot, and are not always friendly or polite, but the man I interacted with was aggressive and rude and completely unhelpful. I would send a package back before I ever step foot in here again

Had a terrible experience with passport appointments (it has never been great but this time was the cherry on top). Had an appointment for 8:30 am for all of my three children. This was the only chance to renew their passports without having to miss school. The five of us, shows up at 8:15. People for the 8 am were already there.They opened the passport area for us to sit and wait at 8:30. There was not a single person available to take the appointment. By 9:30, there was still no one there, and we left.The manager at this office has no care for people’s time. Explain to me how you give appointments and have no one to take said appointments. I counted three empty desks. Make it make sense.

A great example of mediocrity and indifference — the staff mailed my package to an invalid address that I had to call customer service to get it returned. Even the customer service representative was surprised that the staff here would mail it in this way.

Went for a walk in passport appointment around 1 pm, walk in between 1:15pm to 2:15 pm Monday to Wednesday, someone came and gave us a paper to write our names and when we came in, there were 5 people before me and it took about an hour for me to get called which was reasonable, there was around 4 to 5 people doing the process, one handling the appointments and the others handling the walk ins, it was a bit of chaos sometimes but it was doable and the lady who handled my application was helpful, I forgot to bring a copy of my ID but she was nice and made a copy for me, the only down thing is no parking available near and the pee smell in the entrance of the post office, other than that it was all good.

Worst passport service ever, had a 1:00 appointment, was onsite 12:50 as recommended! They could care less had 3 people still waiting.Slowest, worst customer service, careless post office works I’ve ever seen!

There system is horrible, I couldn't speak to an agent because of Damne system operation,keep telling me tracking number is incorrect,this is the worst system ever, we losing money to use uses, in the future I will never use the post office, they delivered my package to a wrong location and now they not responding to my calls when I went there they saying the system picked a wrong delivery adress.

One of the worst experiences ever I had with the post office. I was standing for more than an hour in a not rush time (Wednesday 8am) and I got the opposite lucky to be seen by Ms Tammy, someone that wasn’t helpful at all means, super slow and for sure regretting to be working in that place. Changed two times the delivery way. I will never return to that place anymore, specially that lady remains in the customer service. If I could I would place 5 stars negative!

In a city full of animals, many of them work here.They will crush or destroy your packages if they don't like you.Go to another location.
