My bike was due for a tuneup, and one of the cables was short, and i wasn’t able to use all my gears. The tech took the bike, put it up on the lift and diagnosed my problem right away. He said it would be due Friday and I arrived at opening, and it was done. Great professional service!

Went into the bike shop not really sure what I wanted. Lucas was able to guide me through the entire process and was very helpful with any questions I had (no matter how small). The rest of staff was also friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to make an on the spot purchase and was overall very happy with the entire experience and love my new bike.
