They don't open on time, or the hours listed aren't accurate and should be updated. I was there at 8 on a Thursday and gave up at 8:30 after they still weren't open. I wasn't the only customer waiting for them to open.

This Pharmacy does not cater to senior citizens. I spoke to Antoinette or atleast that's what the Hispanic young lady claim her name is and they dropped off the incorrect medicine to my Mom and told her she had to bring it back and refused to pick it up. My mom can barely walk and don't drive. She then go on to say don't you drive, you should bring it back. Although I can, why don't this store have a policy to correct their mistakes. I don't live close by my Mom to just run and do this. I can understand if it was my Mom fault, but they made the mistake and refused to rectify the situation. Don't ever use this pharmacy. And I promise to keep given bad reviews until they come up with policies to rectify their mistakes and provide better customer service.

This place is the WORST!!! They never open on time, the pharmacy techs are incompetent and don't follow instructions. Only reason I even have to use this business is for their UPS pickup services when I'm forced to.

They are a relic - a dead man walking - they say they take all insurances, unless they care not to. They are constantly opening late and closing early. This is one of the few cases where I prefer big corporations to smaller businesses. This is inefficient Philly service at its very worst.

Customer service is very interesting. Maybe it's a staffing issue or the type of customers they treat a certain way. Doesn't seem current like most pharmacist regarding notification of medicine status.

Shout-out to the fine gentleman behind the pharmacy counter. Instead of communicating, he's discovered being silent, pointing at walls, and avoiding eye contact. This is a vastly superior method of running a business I didn't know about.

None of the employees in the pharmacy were wearing masks so I walked out.
