So I usually love this pharmacy because of how well the operate been with them off and on for the past 3 years mainly on and I had a problem involving medication where they are actually telling me that I came and picked up a prescription on 3/15/2022 which is impossible for the simple fact that I completely missed my doctor's appointment that day because my clinic Crossroads Treatment Center forgot to text my alert for my next appointment, now my doctor is being investigated for sending off a prescription without me being present and my insurance company will be investigating PoA to see who exactly signed for my prescription. Just think if I never met with my doctor how would I have known that the prescription was even sent off, I really hope whomever is responsible for this pays because this is fraud on a high level.Other than this one issue thus place would get 5 stars but to actually lie on me and not show any remorse knowing that something like this could put me in a very bad situation.

This place was great 2 yrs.ago but I haven't been to the new one that was rebuilt. All of his pharmacies are awesome unless you need special attention for any reason then it's a hazzle, they become very annoyed and mean.

So far so good. They must be busy though, because it took them a day and a half to deliver my antibiotics. Part of that due to me not being home during a time frame of 3 hours. I've only used them once. Delivery guy was nice and funny.

The laundromat next door burn and the ceiling of the pharmacy came down because of the fire so it's closed.

This pharmacy took it upon themselves to change my son's seizure medicine from brand to generic. When I talked to them their concern was why he couldn't take it. I was never informed before hand that the medicine would not be offered anymore and they would only have the generic. Their overall service is good. Delivery always comes on time, but I did not like that they changed a medicine so important without talking to me.
