Extremely nice owner and very beautiful French style flower arrangement. : ) Looks great in my home and smells great too! Delivery was super easy and planning was done smoothly with owner. Can’t wait to see the next piece of living art from them!

Claudia and her team at Petit Jardin en Ville did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. After an initial phone consultation to discuss wedding details and our vision for the day, we received a very detailed proposal for all of the arrangements that would be part of our big day. We ended up making a change to the table arrangements prior to the final proposal and Petit Jardin en Ville was so receptive and accommodating! Our personal flowers, ceremony and reception arrangements were stunning!

Sublime floral designer! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Claudia created the most exquisite casket spray for my father's funeral. Absolutely stunning! The website doesn't list sympathy flowers as an option per se, but a phone call with Claudia was all that was needed.

Before I moved, I stopped in here almost weekly to get my woman something. They always have beautiful flowers of the season and were very friendly when I asked any questions. They suggested some types of flowers, told me their history, and told me how to take care of the cut ones to make them last for weeks (no lie! I was amazed!)

I was extremely excited to go in today after having a wonderful, very instructive first store visit/conversation with the owner a couple of weekends ago regarding a memorial patio garden I am putting together. They have hired a front desk worker who was very, very nice, but seems to be very much learning. When I got there today, the owner and another person were in back in full view and earshot. I mentioned my previous conversation and asked if they had a plant the owner mentioned would work for my garden and that they might have in soon. The front desk person did not know what that plant was. The owner heard, ignored the whole exchange, and did not greet me at all during my entire visit. I was the only customer in the store. I explained everything to the front desk worker and said that I didn't necessarily need that particular plant if they don't have it, but any plant that might work - that was just a plant that the owner said could work for that particular environment. Front desk worker went to owner for help, and owner made no eye contact with me but instead quietly told her some words to tell me, turned her back to me and continued to make a flower arrangement. I then told the kind worker that if they had anything else that would work I would love it, I would just like some instruction, but it's ok if that won't work. She did offer to take my information down and call if they got anything. The owner had taken my information down already a couple weeks ago, so I suppose I'll see if they call at some point, but I won't expect it. I was just very excited about having a neighborhood garden store with such a nice owner, so I thought I'd pop in. To see the owner so clearly telegraphing that she did not want to be bothered and would not be bothered by me today was incredibly disappointing. Perhaps she was having a very bad day, but it might make more sense to have the new person shadow while she is learning to avoid alienating customers. Or perhaps they should have closed early today if they didn't have the time to deal with walk in customers.

Claudia and her team executed the florals for my wedding perfectly! Claudia had excellent suggestions, she implemented my requests, paid attention to the details, and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. Our venue looked absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Petit Jardin as our floral vendor.

The flowers were arranged beautifully. Claudia was flexible and offered to deliver, the morning of the event, on a holiday with no additional charge. There could have been a little more communication, but when the arraignments came out so beautiful, it doesn't really matter.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Claudia and Petit Jardin. I live in LA and needed a same day flower arrangement delivered locally in Philadelphia. I called and spoke with Claudia and she was so helpful and patient and made terrific suggestions for what she could create for me. I spoke with her around 4:30pm EST and within two hours she had a magnificent arrangement filled with beautiful seasonal flowers delivered. I honestly couldn't have envisioned anything better. Thank you so much, Claudia! I highly recommend Petit Jardin for anyone looking for a classy, upscale flower arrangement from a business that values customer service!

I have had numerous arrangements from Petite Jardin, all of them gorgeous. Claudia has a beautiful sense of color and texture and has worked with both me and my husband to create arrangements that are unique and simply exquisite. She is also very kind - when my baby shower venue misplaced some of her vases, she didn’t even charge me for them. Nothing but professionalism and positive experiences.

I stumbled upon Petite Jardin in searching for top florists in the city. They’ve won best in Philly by Philly mag.I’m always searching for something different. Creative and unique. Not to mention the service. I’ve asked them to have a bouquet made for my table at our wedding anniversary dinner and it was fantastic. they’ve simple done a fantastic job.I’m so grateful that they are in our city. Thank you thank you ?

I selected Petit Jardin as the floral vendor for my wedding because this particular florist was referred to me by another vendor I was using. There were a couple of email issues with my messages not being received, the first proposal being sent to the wrong email address and, as a result, we did not receiving our proposal until 4 days before our wedding. However, ultimately we finalized on a great plan and proposal and the flowers the day of our wedding we’re exquisite. Yet, I’m writing this review because of the devastation I felt when I asked to pick up the thousands of dollars of flowers that we left at the reception. The elders who attended our wedding (e.g. my 92 year old Grandmom and others) wanted to take them but left the reception early, so I offered to bring them by Sunday or Monday. I was told by the florist that I could coordinate a pick up but when I emailed to do so, I was told they threw all of the flowers away. We were shocked and disgusted. They explained that I didn’t contract for pick up — How would I have known that was required, I had two detailed discussions about pick up with my contact. I’m writing this review because it’s now a week from my incredible wedding day and I’m still sad and disappointed that a florist would do that and then act like it’s my fault or mistake, plus, I don’t have a single flower to dry or cherish. The reality is, if I knew that was what they would do, I would have had my male cousins get every since flower. Wasteful and insensitive as fu@%! And they didn’t offer any form of apology, discount or a replica arrangements. I basically paid for flowers but was only able to borrow them for a few hours and told we threw out your purchase. Instead of professionalism and customer service, a guy name Vincent argued with me over email. I'm wondering if they reused the flowers and resold them. Who throws away freshly cut orchids, oriental lilies, roses, and other expensive flowers the day after they're arranged.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday. When I realized i had given the wrong date for delivery, I was able to change it without any problem.The bouquet was exquisite, and the price was very in-line with what more upscale arrangements cost.
