This location is very clean the associates were excellent at my visit the cashier that assist me was knowledgeable, courteous polite. The other sales associate/cashier was outstanding. He carried my stuff out for me. It was extremely heavy and I was greatly appreciative. Thank you for the great customer service ?

Closer to home that a plus. Somewhat pretty small the place. Have a lot of things you want. Friendly staff, a lot of parking as well. Can't complain.

Store salespeople are so helpful and knowledgeable. My order was ready and I purchased 2 saltwater fish. Petco is the most friendly customer service store. Always a pleasure to shop in this store. The manager is always available to help or answer questions

Love this store. Every time I feel like tge entire retail industry is going to h*** in a handbasket, Petco brings me back with their knowledgeable staff, excelent customer service and the amazing people that work here.

We would give zero star if we could with the haircut our dog received today. Although we booked the appointment with Alex, obviously this wasn't done by him rather someone new and absolutely didn't know how to groom a pet. It was horrible and unprofessional (look at the pictures after and before the haircut). My mom was furious and could barely recognize our dog when picking her up. They just ruined our beautiful Samoyed baby, the hair on her back, sides, thighs, face was cut badly and unevenly, she looks terrible now. Our dog even got emotional after she came home. We would never go back to this Petco store again, and won't recommend any of our pet friends to this store.

I've only ordered online and picked up my purchases, but each time, the process was very easy, and when I arrived to pick up my purchases, the representative was very courteous, and helpful if I had questions and such.
