Unprofessional and disappointing experience with grooming department and store management. Will never return. I followed up with grooming at Petsmart after and had a highly professional response from them and a great experience for my dog.

Today was my first time visiting this Petco location. My grandson had saved up money and wanted to buy items for his new ferret. The first associate to help us was Will and I must say the service we were provided was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. It's nice to enter an establishment and be assisted without hesitancy and with kindness. Thank you Will!!! Because of you l, we will be back!

I come to this location regularly For specialty pet food and care items. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful every visit. The store is clean. The animals are clean and well cared for. Checkout is efficient.

Petco is the best! All the staff is great. Ivy in the grooming department is top notch she made me feel comfortable leaving my Delsi girl there for her grooming. Although they are short staffed Ivy didn't let that get in the way of her awesome service. Great job Ivy we will be back!

Surprisingly this PetCo looks like it takes pretty good care of it's fish. It definitely takes better care of it's fish than the other pet store nearby. I bought 1 mystery snail, 2 dwarf gouramis, and 8 platys. All of the fish and the snail survived except for 1 platy which I think died because it was being bullied by the other platys. The snail was very healthy upon buying and the dwarf gourami where very healthy looking as well. The platys had ich but that was easily taken care of with some ich treatment. I returned 2 fish that I bought at a different time before the 11 creatures above, because they would've gotten too big and too aggressive later down the line. The return went smoothly and they easily replaced the fish and refunded me. The only things I don't like about this place is that they mix all different kinds of fish together in one bag without acclimating them instead of using the water from their respective tanks. This means the fish have little space, it promotes aggression, and promotes stress as the fish are put into shock by being thrown into water with different parameters without being acclimated first. The selection of fish is a bit small.

They did a good job. The dog was clean, nails trimmed, well dried and fluffy and glossy. My dog was a bit distressed when I picked her up - she is new to this and that's probably why. I'll definitely bring her there again. Hopefully, familiarity will help. I have taken my dog once to a private groomer who charged twice as much for similar service. This was a better value.

The groomer was inexperienced. My dogs ears were extremely lopsided, his top knot was not cut appropriately, the hair around his paws was extremely long. I called for a refund.
