We took our cat TinkerBell there a year ago. To get spayed. When we went to pick her up, she had a HUGE gash in her chest. We asked what happened and they Saud, "I don't know she came in that way"! NO, NO SHE DIDNT. They then locked us in an exam room for over an hour. Once they opened the door we ran directly our lives. And tinker bells

I’m a new client here. I called Wednesday for concerns for my doggo and they were so nice and flexible offering me a same day appointment as a new client! I’ve never seen that anywhere. I scheduled for the next day and there was absolutely no wait. We got on time and were seen on time. The staff were super nice and the Dr. was also very nice. He explained my options, gave alternative reasons as to why my dog may be acting the way she was, and explained next steps really well to someone with no medical back ground. The doctor was able to communicate with me on my level so I knew everything he was talking about. He also gave me an estimate, and for someone who has had multiple pets and emergency pricing scenarios they are very reasonably priced. Location isn’t the best area and parking is hard to find but leave early! Because it’s worth the hassle to be able to get your animals checked here. I look forward to moving my other pets over and moving forward with dental treatment for my doggie.

Horrible experience. Went to get 2 vaccines and ended up with a $300 bill because this place decided they wanted to charge me for things I never asked for. I had gotten my dogs annual exam done earlier this year but instead of keeping track and noticing this they decided to charge me for another annual exam because of their lack of customer knowledge. I did not fight them on this because it’s only money. It’s the transparency that I’m upset about. They didn’t tell me the price/charge of anything or what they would be doing during my visit. This practice is just money hungry and doesn’t care about your pets!!

Do not bring your pet here, My friend and I had the worst experience in this establishment. The vet can see your pet at its worse and will not proceed with treatment without payment, I understand the obvious like his reply was to my friends review "they have bills to pay" but why would anyone walk in and not have the funds available?? Not even hospitals treat patients the way this vet treated us (on separate occasions). He is more worried about the money and his replies on some reviews speak for itself, How dare this vet reply to someone's review in such manner?? How dare he reply with "we stayed 2 hours extra for your sick puppy, he should of been vaccinated", while stating the customer(my friend) and pets personal information! That is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. How rude of this vet to even reply to reviews with such attitude, If someone brings in their sick pet vaccinated or NOT, it's because us as pet owners have 0 knowledgement about our pets health and such, that's why we come to the vet!! So the vet can help, save and treat our pets... instead of being rude about the puppy being vaccinated or not, he could of offered vaccination services oh but he didnt cause he already knew the sick puppy wasnt gonna live longer than 12 hours and that is not ok... My experience was beyond awful, The vet basically killed my cat, I don't even want to remember that experience especially his response to the situation... There are many more veterinarian clinics in the area, way cheaper with 100% better service, go anywhere else but here!!! The staff are great, thats the only good thing here, but if it's a staff member replying to the reviews, sweetheart your just weird for that and you should find another field of employment cause working here obviously isn't for you.

I called prior to bringing in Sage for her Bordatella vaccine. I was told the vaccine costs $30. I also asked if there was a visit fee and was told there wasn’t. By the time the vaccine was already administered to Sage, the price changed from $30 to $70. I wasn’t angry per se, just annoyed. I did receive an apology from the person, however my irritation came from the fact that they didn’t double check if there was a visit fee or not. Not understanding the fee either because the vet tech just came in and put the vaccine in her mouth in the waiting area and that was it. I’m just going to make sure she comes to the vet for more important issues versus getting vaccinations. I had previous positive experiences here at this office so I’m not letting this experience ruin anything- but I just hope whenever other potential clients call and inquire about pricing and certain things- they get a correct response.

They had been treating our cat. He was sick and on steroids and antibiotics. He was having panic attacks when it came time for taking his medicine. We called them yesterday about trying to get something to calm his panic attack. They said the sr was busy and that he would call us back in ten minutes. They never called. Last night our cat had a panic attack and died. Now we are devastated and they couldn't even care. Do not take your loved fur babies here. The dr could care less.
