3rd time here. Park on street walk to guard in driveway. It’s technically not by appointment cause they just have to sit out on the street till the other trucks that got here b4 you are either done or in docks.
1st time got pulled right in to get a dock and sat in dock for about 4 hrs.
2nd time sat on the rd for 3.5 hrs and then in the dock for another 3.5 hrs.
This time I’ve been on the rd for just about 3 hours so far and I see how it’s gonna pan out so good luck coming here. On a good note guards are all nice and once you get in there they do have a restroom.

One of the worst facility in the country if you come early they will not let you in even if you come on time by appointment they will say wait on the street will call you you’re gonna wait at least 3 hours before they will call you but while you are waiting on the street police will come to you give you ticket and do the inspection the best thing to do don’t get a load for here

I'm giving one Star before even arriving at this place .... I picked up from another Pepsi location I. New York upstate and they took 12 hrs now I'm reading f review for this Pepsi location where I ha e to delivery and all I see are drivers saying the same exact thing waiting hours treated with no regard ... if I didn't need this load to get home for the holiday and If I saw the reviews ahead of time I definitely would have avoided it... drivers make sure yoir detention time is covered and respected. Good luck. Places like this shouldn't last

Regarding the bad reviews, it went very well for me, with an appointment at 2:00 p.m., I checked in at 6:30 a.m., they gave me a dock at 8:00 a.m., unloaded at 9:00 a.m.
