Penn treaty has become a relaxing spot if u want to take a blanket and lay in the grass or take a walk down to penns landing u can do that too. Or if u want to throw ur pole in the river u can. Its still very up and coming.

Great big ol park entry of room ro run walk the doggie . Play with the kids. BBQ picnic. Very clean neat and well kept. Lots of parking and plenty of room to move around .
