Very helpful and friendly service. The gentleman who took my phone order went over and above to prepare my order, which I had called in from the parking lot, so that I wouldn't have to come back later to get it.

My best friend and Kung Fu Master Tony Diaz and I have been using Penn Herb for over 40 years and never been dissatisfied. All the employees are educated and listen to your questions. I highly recommend them.

Been using this resource for many years. Now they have closed the branch on Decatur, it is very inconvenient to go to the center, where there is always traffic, difficulties with parking. The range has become very poor now.

The worse experience ever. I paid $36.70 for a 16 oz (Eucalyptus Globulus). The product wast a wasted product, useless.

I heard about this place and was so so so excited to go there. Then I find out because of covid your not able to go in and buy herbs. I tried looking at the website but the experience isn't the same. I didn't end up getting anything but hopefully once they open back up I will have the chance to experience everything. The herbs look amazing!!!
