I contacted a fellow realtor of Paula’s for help in listing my condo and in finding a new condo in Philadelphia, PA. He was on vacation and hooked me up with Paula. We hit it off right away! She met my son and me several times to show us different properties. I always felt like we were her number one priority. She is professional and absolutely charming! When I found the property I wanted, she worked tirelessly to get the contract written and submitted. Once my offer was accepted, Paula walked with me through each step (and there are many) right up to the closing. I love my new space and we are now in the process of selling my other unit. I would highly recommend Paula Cohen to anyone who wants to find the perfect apartment in Philadelphia. I was looking for a specific neighborhood, under budget, close to work. I found her through a lead on ApartmentFInders.com. Not only did Paula recommend the unit I eventually leased, she did all the leg work to set up my move in with the apartment management company.
