Our car was hit by someone else and Paul's made excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn't take the car because they don't like the insurance company that the other person was carrying. Was deceptive about whether or not they would work on the car, ultimately wasting a lot of our time.

Never actually had my car repairs completed here due to the extent of my vehicle’s damages but still wanted to called out Michelle from their office who was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was transparent, clear, and proactive in all of my communications with her. Additionally, she stayed on top of communications with my insurance company and never let things get cold, she always followed-up when necessary. Thank you Michelle for your outstanding help! Getting into a car accident is stressful enough but Michelle made the process as smooth as possible.

Ok let me first start out saying that I never ever complain, this is actually the first review I have ever posted in my entire life. Words cannot express how poor of a job they did with my car, a complete disgrace. They returned my car still scratched up from the accident I just had, and when I complained they said sorry that didn’t happen and excused me of insurance fraud lol. Literally laughed at me on the phone. So here’s the deal, I took my car there and lady assessed the damage. I pointed out what was there from accident and what was previously from just daily life dings. She said ok no problem, then charged my insurance company 3k over original estimate. If you thought the damage was from something else then why agree to fix then don’t fix it? No call ? nothing? Wow mind blown. There is also symbols on invoice for to mark prior damage, well no special symbols next to that so then it should be fixed right??!?? I already stopped 3 people from going there and that number will rise, the love u give is the love u get, total amateur shop. Not to mention the work they did do was garbage, the door rubs, and fender is still cracked. I’ll be going to small claims court for sure. STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTSServices: Painting

The guy who I just talked to had no manner whatsoever. I got a check from the car insurance company and I wanted to see if they can take a look at the damage and tell me how much it will cost to fix it, is it so hard to understand? I guess they only want customers who would let them contact the insurance company so they can scam more money out of the insurance.
