Parkway Pharmacy really came through for us in a pinch. CVS was unable to fill our sons prescription week after week while Parkway filled it the same day! Plus they saved us 75% on the cost. The store is clean, staff is friendly and they keep you informed via text message when your order is ready. I recommend them to anyone one who is sick of dealing with the big pharmacies.

Really unfortunate. I thought this was going to be my pharmacy. Yan sold me on paying for the generic compounding for Ozempic, too. But after a couple months of me becoming a regular, I show up today and whomever is on staff--she was wearing an Eagles shirt and had pink hair--ends up being deeply unprofessional. If asking a question like "Why are things different today and not like the past four months I've been coming here?" elicits a stress response and literally raising your voice at a customer...then why are you allowed to interact with people?
I didn't switch to Parkway Pharmacy for more of the same "just shut up and be happy with whatever medication we give you" I get from the bigger chains.
So, there you go: Another pharmacy going down the drain thanks to awful customer service. I ended up having to go back to Rite Aid today, and they actually had better customer service than I got today. I won't be back; I can't trust that pharmacist on staff with my medication if she can't keep herself from flying off the handle when I ask half a question.

Very lucky to have Parkway Pharmacy so close. I would come to Parkway even if further away because it is old-school. Personal attention and not a factory. Also very up to date on all services.

They take the time to give me personal attention, explain medications, and answer my questions! They work with my doctor and save me lots of aggravation. This is MY Pharmacy!!!

Parkway is an amazing pharmacy that provides superior customer service. Although they're smaller than the mega chains so don't offer the vast array of cosmetics, food, household supplies, and other non-health-related items the big chains offer, they have everything you need to keep you healthy, and much more. Not only is the staff friendly, extremely helpful, and incredibly efficient, if you're a regular customer, they will soon become your neighborhood friend -- and for some of us with numerous chronic health issues, sometimes your best friend. And if your looking for food or household supplies, you can just walk a few feet to Klein's Supermarket right next door!
