Great location, but not great management or staff. Has so much potential if run professionally. But you’ll eventually find out it’s not worth it, and there are plenty of better, newer buildings in the area.

Has a great convenience store and a nice salon, but difficult to get into. Enter through the back of the building, next to the loading bay

The apartment complex was impacted by the flooding of Hurricane Ida in September 2021. The community manager, Scott, and his staff did a great job to manage this crisis. They showed care to the residents and tried to solve every individual request. Community management at this place is great!
