You say you k rotated my tires but I know you didn't because one of the tires that I've been keeping an eye on is still in the same position it was before the exam so I would like to speak to someone about that because if that's one thing that you said you did and you didn't I'd like to know what else you did or didn't do

First let me give props to Pacifico Hyundai on their new facility! My wait was very comfortable in the new customer lounge! As usual the customer service from check-in to checkout and the carwash is the best I've experienced. Justin provided great info and the video provided by the servicing technician is a nice touch. This is my first Hyundai and the customer service at this location is top notch. I've owned other vehicles and never experienced the type of service I've received from the Pacifico Hyundai crew. See you guys in 3700 miles or 91 days. ?

I bought a car from pacifico hyundai recently, Brian Kelly is FANTASTIC. Very personable, friendly, helpful, insightful. He made the process a lot less stressful. Anything I asked or needed he found a solution. He kept me updated the whole time I was at the dealership. Highly recommend! Awesome young man with a great future ahead of him. I bought a hyundai kona and I am loving it so far!!!
