FROM THE VERY START WHEN THE DOORS OPENED
THE PROFESSIONALISM ,WAS OFF THE CHART.THE VIDEO OUTLINING THE PROBLEM,AND FINALY THE RESOLUTION .WHILE ALL THIS WAS HAPPENING I GOT A CHANCE TO CATCH UP ON MY OWN OFFICE WORK DUE TO THE PACIFICO'S WIFI NETWORK.NOT ONLY WAS IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME, PART OF THE PACIFICO FAMILY!!!??????

I bought a 2017 F150 on Friday August 2nd when on Saturday 3rd I noticed the truck had a bad cam phaser problem, talked to the sales manager Alex who told me bring it on Monday the 5th and we will take a look at it. They took my truck for a whole day and didnt do anything to it with the excuse I had to make an appointment, (which he didnt tell me anything he just said bring the truck Monday) brought the vehicle on Thursday the 8th in which the sales manager Alex didnt tell the service department what was wrong with my vehicle and that was another day my vehicle wasnt looked at I was so pissed off until I talked to Rich (service center manager) and Jim (Used car sales manager, Alex"s boss) who understood everything I said and why I was so pissed. I have to say Jim and Rich went literally above and beyond to fix my vehicle and were completely understandable about my situation and how I was mistreated by previous employees, just by their actions they won a customer for life and I would 100% without a doubt service my vehicle or purchase another vehicle at Pacifico as long as those 2 are there. Great great great job guys, great customer service.

I had a great experience purchasing my truck in 2023. The scheduled maintenance over the past year has been flawless, including factory recall adjustments. Recently, I had my tires replaced (ordered and mounted) within a few business days. Fantastic!
