Horrible business practices. A bunch of false information is provided. Then a run around. Told to go to one building the next. They can not find the application you did online. You do an application online, it is a waste of time. Because you go in theybtell you they can not use it. Stay away from this dealership. Nothing but lies on they website to get you to come in.

I went there to get the anti- theft software. The installation and customer service was very good during this visit. I would have given 5 stars however, the week before I was told that I had another recall that needed to be done and that they couldn't do the anti-theft software without doing the recall for the high beam head lamp. During my 2nd visit I found out that that wasn't true, so I couldn't understand why they told me something contrary my first visit. It really confused me because I could have gotten the software completed my 1st visit instead of coming back to get it done. ?
