My husband and I have learned so much from the OnPoint program and our dietitian Braeden who we meet with twice a week via Zoom. Unlike fad diets that restricts whole food groups, we have learned how to eat real whole foods and limit processed foods without feeling deprived. Tracking our food intake via their app has been helpful and looking back and seeing how much better we are eating within just 30 days is amazing. I really don’t even want to eat out anymore and home-cooked meals are our go to now. There are several health issues reversing and a lot of false info we have learned previously being debunked each week as we get to ask questions and be accountable to our nutritionist. I would highly recommend trying OnPoint and have to several of our friends.

Excellent nutrition program that gets results while promoting holistic improvements, not just weight loss. Very happy with the quality of the nutritionists, and the program in general. App could use improvement.

Beginning in mid-September, after a referral by Project Donor, I joined On Point and began working with my dietician, Braeden. My experience so far has been fantastic. We meet via Zoom and I truly receive great one-on-one attention. The app is easy to learn and follow. It includes a food log and lots of resources such as recipes, articles and podcasts. The variety of resources and food options is great. I can also message Braeden via the app with questions. I appreciate that the focus of the program is a balanced, customized eating plan that doesn't focus on calories and pounds lost but overall well-being. Braeden helps me to focus on my own health and I hope the outcome results in my being accepted as an organ donor. Although I am new to On Point, I am encouraged by my progress so far and look forward to continued success.

This is a virtual, personalized nutrition program. You feel supported and included regardless of your dietary patterns or life circumstances. My favorite part is the food log is entirely calorie free! It's about servings and portions, so you don't feel like you're playing a numbers game. I wanted to work in a weight neutral paradigm and they were on board with my goals. You may have different goals, and that’s good too! You work weekly with a dietician (more or less depending on your needs), and my insurance pays for 100% of it! Even better...

I've been working with my nutritionist for about 1 months. So far, it's been wonderful. I've lost about 10 pounds so far. More importantly, I'm learning how to eat more healthy fats amd starches. I find their system is way more easier than counting calories. I highly recommend OnPoint Nutrition! Thanks!

I'm very happy with the experience I've had this far with my dietician, Braeden. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and realistic. He truly devised a food plan for me that I can live with. I would highly recommend OnPoint Nutrition to those who are looking to better their health without the toxic implications that are common in today’s world. With OnPoint nutrition I did not have to worry about calorie counting, micros, macros, or even stepping on a scale. I consulted their services for support with managing my nutrition based on a new diagnosis of IBS-C and I was a happy client for 5 months. Throughout this time, my Nutritionist Morgan did a phenomenal job with answering my questions, connecting me to resources, and helping me understand my body in new ways. I never felt judged on days where I did not reach my target (eating certain amounts of protein, veggies, fruit, etc) and was always met with compassion and encouragement to manage my new lifestyle in enjoyable and sustainable ways for me. I walked alway with new understanding about food triggers for my IBS and with greater awareness to monitor and pay attention to how food makes me feel. This knowledge is the most valuable part for me of the program because it equipped me with the tools to continue improving my health long after I leave the program. Thank you!

Lisa and I have really enjoyed our experience with Braeden as our nutrition coach with OnPoint. The recipes we’ve tried have been awesome and the encouragement and guidance we get from our weekly zoom meetings are helping us to rewire our mindset about food and taking positive, intentional steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

My husband and I came to OnPoint because we knew we needed to make some major changes in our nutritional/lifestyle habits because our health was starting to show the effects of eating whatever was quick, easy and usually unhealthy. We had tried to make these changes on our own for decades, but nothing stuck. So, nothing changed. Braeden has been our coach for the past 7 weeks of our journey. He has been supportive, knowledgeable and patient as we have shifted from a “diet” mindset to a “this is how we eat” mindset. We have seen a lot of positive changes with his gentle guidance (and sometimes firm admonitions! lol!) and are already feeling healthier, more hopeful and positive about entering our 60’s in the next year.
We highly recommend On Point to anyone who is tired of playing and is serious about making a permanent change. We are definitely glad that we did!

I am truly great for Project Donor in connecting me with OnPoint. I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I needed someone to hold me accountable and to talk through my toxic relationship with food. I have been doing OnPoint for around 4/5 months now and although I still have some hurdles to overcome, I have come so far. I am proud of myself and definitely recommend On Point.
