Every time I stop by they’re closed. Today they were opened so I called because the lights didn’t seem to be on. I was parked outside when I called and I did get an answer but was disappointed when I asked to come in and have my jewelry cleaned and was told they don’t clean jewelry. What jeweler operates in that capacity. I heard such good things about them in the past but I think they fell off!

Years ago I brought a watch or two to Olivieri Jewelers for new bands. Now watches these days are created to be waste items, not long term items like years ago. Olivieri Jewelers was great in fixing up and replacing hard to find bands. Fast forward to 2021, and this is not Covid related, to call and ask for repair assistance and be told excuse after excuse why they cannot help was just talk from elite quitters. And all of the excuses rolled up to "I don't have time." The experience tells me to never shop here. I didn't ask for today. I wasn't offered "Let me look at it and I'll let you know." I wasn't even offered a time this week, next week, or next month. I was just told over and over, while on the phone, the excuse "Too busy." so I hung up. Too busy. That tells me they don't need anyone's money or time from the South Philadelphia neighborhood. Call placed on July 19, 2021.

Owner is extremely rude. Gave me an attitude was mad he had to open the door for me because I didn’t know he was appointment only. Was literally slamming down things before buzzing me in. Go elsewhere to spend your money.

Had a battery put into my watch, took 5 minutes, while waiting looked at some jewelry in the cases, had some nice inventory, will definitely tell my family and friends. Today its definitely harder to get business, simply putting a battery in a watch. brings word of mouth, to a friendly family business. ?????thumbs.

I brought my engagement ring in to be resized and had a fabulous experience. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The team worked quickly to ensure that I would have my ring back for the upcoming holiday. Now I’m able to show off my ring as well as the impeccable work done by Olivieri Jewelers.

Such a wonderful family business. Beautiful selection jewelry, watches and all thing's adorning! Very honest and the best prices in the area. He cleans and maintains my watches and jewelry. I don't trust many jewelry's ! However I whole heartedly trust Olivieri jewelers. This holiday season is the perfect time to visit them. No pressure sales! Always happy with my purchases.
