Hubby ordered flowers for my birthday he called them wondering why it wasn’t delivered only to be told no order was placed so he asked me to check his credit card transaction and it was there charged 2 days prior to date so they did charge him he called back and explain that earlier in the day someone there said he had no order they put him on hold then said they found the order and said to him very rudely who said your order wasn’t here because we only have two people in today he said I’m not sure but I called around noon instead of apologizing for the mishap she sounded condescending he later had to ask is it still going to be delivered she said yes and just hangs up I for one was more upset that he had to call and apologize like it’s his fault and answer to them as if he made the mistake. Hahah poor man couldn’t even get his surprise flower sent to his wife right but I give them 3 stars because at least the flowers were pretty but the customer service really left me with a bad impression

We recently ordered cut flowers for our daughter in law’s birthday. The flowers she received were just the colors I requested and they were beautiful. When you live faraway you need to trust the florist! This was not our first experience with Old City Flowers. Thank you.

I have used them for years. As a business owner, I send a lot of flowers to clients. I feel like most florists reduce their product once they feel you’re going to come to them either way. Old City seems to reward my loyalty. I could not be happier with my wife’s 20th anniversary display. Thank you for making me look good as a husband. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I tried them on a whim for a new baby arrangement and have ended up using them for a number of occasions. Their ordering is easy and online. Their customer service is excellent especially with a tricky delivery / window of availability. Flowers were fresh and suited every occasion even though I just said designers choice. Will definitely use again.

Had a wonderful experience. It was my first time here and I picked out a medium sized arrangement with the help of the lovely associates. The flowers are were fresh and smelled amazing. They also boxed it up really nice and safe for me to make sure noting happened to it. The price was fantastic for all that you get. 10/10 would use again.

I called Old City Flowers earlier this week to have flowers delivered to a friend the next day. I told them what I wanted to spend, and asked that they just do something pretty with lots of fall color. On delivery day, I sent my friend birthday wishes by text, and she let me know that she was on her way to the Cape May for a last minute overnight. I called Old City Flowers right away and they were very kind, and very accommodating, helping me to switch the delivery date for the flowers. They were just delivered and I received this photo from my friend. The flowers are GORGEOUS! I’m thrilled with Old City Flowers quality and customer service. I’ll definitely order from them again!!
