“We tried Secret Garden as a new place this year to purchase our Christmas Tree after hearing about their support of the Springfield Spartans. Cool place that most may not know Exists because it’s tucked back off of Ridge. Friendly staff and prices are in line with other Christmas tree outlets.”
“Such a cool variety of plants here - some I haven't seen in person before. Very excited about the polka dot begonia I got! Was given care tips, and they will write them down for you on a card too if you want. The prices are also very reasonable, especially because all of the plants are full, healthy, and clearly well taken care of.There is also the cutest shop dog named Emmett there who was so gentle and sweet. Can't wait to stop in again!”
“I'll be a forever customer here. They are so knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions about plants. I brought my 5 foot tall tree into the store to get tips on how to care for it. All of the workers were so supportive and educational. I don't know much about plants and they helped me understand how to care for my plants and get started with other plants. They have a great selection of plants.”
“Neighborhood gem Happy Place Nice selection of plants and garden accessories. Heather was great. I have a few plants that were touch and go but thriving now. Heather provided some suggestions of plants that would be a great addition to my plant family in my bedroom. Pepper is on the left and Ruby on the right. The young lady that assisted with my purchase was very pleasant as well. She carefully bagged my plants. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Dana does it again! We have have loved her work for years. I don't know how my friend in Seattle found her to send us get well flowers, but she did. Dana texted first and delivered the most beautiful bouquet. This isn't any sort of "FTD" arrangement. E. had asked for sunshine in the arrangement. I think 8 sunflowers is a good amount of sunshine. Roses too. The store may be unassuming, but everything else about Dana and Plants is extraordinary.”
“My experience was great there, I got everything I went there for. My only issue was with the young lady at the check out. There was 1 lady she was checking out as we waited, she was scanning each and every item so slowly we were in her line 15mins or more and I left my granddaughter in her line and went to another cashier.”

“Awesome service and prompt delivery of flowers I ordered for my aunt's 79th birthday. I made my order online, but Rose Velt Florist stayed in contact with me through email and text advising me of the status of my order right up to when it was delivered. My aunt loved the floral arrangement stating that the flowers were bright, beautiful, and fresh. I will definitely order from them again.”

Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. “I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
“I was in dire need of fixing a gas furnace for my tenants over the weekend. Thermocouple got stripped so I had 2 fabricate something together. ERNESTO in the plumbing section gave me his full attention in addition to some great ideas I hadn't considered. If it wasnt for his service, I would not have gotten out of this pickle.”

“Lewis (I hope I spelled that correctly) was extremely helpful this morning. I left my wallet in one of their rental trucks yesterday. Upon calling the rental department, I was greeted by Lewis over the phone. I explained the issue at hand and Lewis said he could help me out if I stopped by. When I arrived, Lewis was in a fantastic mode (at 6 am mind you) and informed me he held the keys to the truck so it couldn't be rented before I arrived. Customer service like this deserves to be praised, thank you for putting me in good spirits for the rest of the day sir!”
