“We tried Secret Garden as a new place this year to purchase our Christmas Tree after hearing about their support of the Springfield Spartans. Cool place that most may not know Exists because it’s tucked back off of Ridge. Friendly staff and prices are in line with other Christmas tree outlets.”

The shop is a small, cozy spot on Main Street with a charming atmosphere. They offer a good selection of plants, and the owner(s) are both knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for something unique and found a ficus plant I hadn’t seen before. The prices are fantastic— I got a medium-sized plant and a pot for just $36 (they repotted it for me), which feels like an amazing deal. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back!”
“Urban Jungle went above and beyond for me. I was trying to find a specific tree for my booth. The owner stopped what she was doing to meet me at her other location that wasn't even open, just so that she could get me what I needed. Not only do they have an abundance of options, but they are extremely customer-focused and I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
“Dana does it again! We have have loved her work for years. I don't know how my friend in Seattle found her to send us get well flowers, but she did. Dana texted first and delivered the most beautiful bouquet. This isn't any sort of "FTD" arrangement. E. had asked for sunshine in the arrangement. I think 8 sunflowers is a good amount of sunshine. Roses too. The store may be unassuming, but everything else about Dana and Plants is extraordinary.”

There was 1 lady she was checking out as we waited, she was scanning each and every item so slowly we were in her line 15mins or more and I left my granddaughter in her line and went to another cashier.”

“Someone once said this place is a man's paradise. Well welcome to 2021 now also a woMANS sweet escape too. Lol anyway I stopped in for top coat after staining and trees can't wait to plant them. Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. Wish the employees in the paint department were a little more helpful. Masks worn. I'd recommend.”
“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
“This place has great deals for flowers and they get some interesting things in from time to time. I can only speak on the gardening supplies, you can get a really good deal. They have always been super friendly, helping me check out, making it convenient to load if I'm getting a larger number of plants. Cash of EBT only.”

“I very much enjoy Stump in Northern Liberties. They care about plants and helping you find what you're looking for. Today I picked out a new plant with the help of the team. We landed on Philodendron Micans because I was looking for a plant I could be a bit more flexible with as far as lighting goes. The team was warm and welcoming and did you know dogs are allowed in the store!? We actually had a great time chatting with Bret and Allison and their new team member! I just wanted to extend thanks and what better way than to tell the city that these guys care about what they do!”
